The location was amazing with the best section of the beach directly in front of the hotel. there were heaps of shaded areas near the pool and beach. I really liked that. just a short walk and i found myself on chaweng beach road. it had many quality and traditional restaurants.

The check-in process felt poor. I received no information about the hotel itself. contacting the hotel about transfer arrangements proved difficult. i was treated as a second-class customer because i booked through a third-party website.

Our room was very spacious, with a nice terrace! The bed and bathroom were also great. I appreciated the green area around the hotel. It featured lots of trees and plants. We liked the well-kept pool and the high-quality restaurant near the pool and beach.

The air conditioning was quite loud in our room, I found it a bit bothersome. Securing a sun lounger required an early start. Guests often left towels overnight to reserve spots. I think the hotel should address this issue for a better experience

The hotel has direct access to a beautiful beach, offering fine sand and calming colors. The hotel is separated from the main road by a short private street, and it is surprisingly quiet. This setup keeps the area calm and easily accessible to nearby attractions.

The breakfast buffet included both Western and Asian dishes! The beach restaurant is very convenient, with normal prices. The staff at the restaurant always offered friendly and efficient service. The coffee served at breakfast was particularly good. I enjoyed it.
